All went well and the house sold quickly

William has great knowledge of the area and presented a sound plan to market the property.The process created a good flow of inspections that led to the sale and we were kept informed during the short period the property was on the market.We were disappointed when a sale sign was erected in the week our property was being auctioned on the duplex opposite,we feel it created a diversion and Hookers could have waited until our transaction was complete.Because of this instance we are reluctant to recommend Hookers ....no reflection on William , it wasn’t his doing.
