Just a quick shout out for William Carr's services re the sale of my property in Coonara Ave, West Pennant Hills, NSW, 2125. I have bought and sold a number of properties and at one stage have even been a real estate agent myself. This time I was a seller from overseas - (thanks to the virus), and what possibly could have been difficult turned out to be anything but. I found communication "on the level" was great with William - (no BS) - and attention to getting things done (on my behalf being over seas) was both timely and value added. William was prompt in organizing what had to be done and found the right people to do it. He floated some good suggestions re property presentation of which we prioritized the most cost effective and overall achieved good presentation and eventual fast sale. We realistically established a fair, educated and realistic price range which immediately got buyer interest and went on to achieve the high end of the stated price with some good negotiation skills thrown in from William. In the end I believe bother buyer and seller (me) are happy campers and from my point of view the whole 'sale' experience was easy, no frills, professional and prompt and I am more than happy to put these words to paper for William and Louis Carr Real Estate.
