Jennifer and Will were very friendly and helpful. but it was a bit rush since many things happened at same time-Brian went to hospital on 8/11/24; bought a new unit and the deadline is 14/06 and we spent over one month and S$50 K to do renovation. It create a lot of headache to us. The settlement time 12 weeks is quite long.

There was always a concerted effort to keep us informed of developments as the sales process moved along. We thought we were dealt with honestly even when subjects that were not entirely to our liking. We respected that. We were not privy to the details of the negotiations held with the purchaser, but we were happy with the outcome. Therefore, we did not need to be a witness to what was said.
