Sale of 11 Compton green west pennant hills

I had my house on rent through Louis Carr real estate west pennant hills since 2011. They managed my property in a professional way. Last tennant had to leave the property in October 2016 due to personal reasons. I had initial discussions with Jenny Carr who suggested renovating the house before sale. Both Jenny and William along with the stylist were involved in the renovation process which was done very tastefully. William got involved in every aspect of project management and helped completion of renovations of the house. My property was then photographed, excellent video made and marketed on 10/1/2017. The property was sold after two open homes at above advertised price due to William and Jenny negotiation skills I thank both of them and others involved in the sale.
