In 2018, we purchased the 23 Peartree House in Pennant Hill through Jenny & William Carr. We have been entrusting William Carr with the task of renting and managing it ever since. Back then, William Carr was truly a handsome young man. Seven years later, due to changes in our family situation during this period, our daughter was born. Thus, in July 2025, we entrusted William Carr to help us sell this property again. During this sales process, William Carr's sales skills, just like his age, became increasingly mature. At that time, several clients expressed interest in purchasing this property, but the prices they offered did not meet our expectations, so we did not reach a deal. The price we hoped for the sale, as well as the prices of similar properties sold by William Carr previously, also had a certain gap. Therefore, William Carr also felt that this transaction was difficult to close. During this period, unexpected events occurred in our family. Someone got sick, so we are considering suspending the sale. William Carr did not give up his efforts. When he noticed that a potential buyer also faced the difficulty of urgently needing a house, he actively coordinated between the buyer and us. The buyer also expressed sympathy and understanding towards us. Eventually, the transaction was completed at the expected price. It is said that this sale broke the local record. Therefore, the customers, William Carr, and all of us achieved our goals. Especially for William Carr, he not only demonstrated superb sales skills but also made the sales process full of warm human feelings. Therefore, it can be said that this is a textbook-level sales case.
