William (and his colleague from ChanYahl, Adam Butler) did a great job selling our house in Chatswood. We had put the house on the market a year before with a different agent and it hadn't sold, so we were nervous about how it would go this time. We took all their advice on board in getting the house ready for sale and their sales strategy paid off. In a somewhat difficult market they achieved a result at auction we were happy with, and we felt we could always trust their advice throughout the process, right up to the auction. They were excellent communicators, so we always knew what the state of play was. And additionally William was generous in helping us negotiate the purchase of our new home, which we have just completed. We recently sold an apartment in Killara in Sydney. I met William years ago and was impressed with his professionalism, expertise, and knowledge of the area; on top of a very strong recommendation from a friend, this inclined us to choose William to work on our sale. The property is Company Title, which can pose a challenge for buyers, but William and his colleague Tim Chau helped both us and the buyers navigate the process. An additional challenge was that we had to spend a good part of the sales campaign overseas - but the regular communication and close contact with William and Tim was extremely reassuring and helpful throughout the process. It was extremely useful to get such good updates, and so often; it was great to facilitate the process. Of course, the most important thing is the result and we got a good price considering the market conditions and the Company Title - I don't think it was possible to do better and William and his team really did their utmost to get us the best price possible in the conditions.
