We were very pleased with the sale process which was in no small part due to the rigour of the Marshall White marketing program but especially the dedication and personal attention shown by William. We observed that we were very calm during the auction because William had been meticulous at every stage of the sale process. We didn’t need to expend any emotional energy because we knew he had done his homework and did the hard work. Communication by William was second to none. From our initial meeting on Zoom during lockdown it was evident that he had a deep understanding of the market as well as the attributes and drawbacks of specific properties that were sold in the area. Importantly, we were given a realistic evaluation of our property. We were also regularly informed of prospective buyers during the marketing campaign and just prior to the auction which helped build our confidence.
