If there was something he didn't know at the inspection, he wrote my query down and either called or emailed the response. The signing of documents was quite late in the evening, which meant William was already 'off duty' but he remained professional and didn't once complain that it was out of office hours.

He kept us informed about the people who came through for the Open for Inspections and then gave us follow ups as well. William was always courteous, nothing was too much trouble and his expertise impressed us continually. He is extremely thorough and we were very happy to have him represent us. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending William to anyone and would be absolutely amazed if they were not extremely impressed with his knowledge and, in particular, with his wonderful attitude.
