I am not sure if people read these reviews, but I would recommend Will and Bresic Whitney. He sold a property for me which was a difficult sale (strange property footprint and room layout). His advice about the market was first class. I was also impressed as his candour - he was a straight-shooter giving advice to me - he didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear. His market appraisal price wise was very good too. A most important feature of the service was the number of small jobs that needed to be attended to before sale that BW helped with - painter, floor polisher, handyman, rubbish removal. Staff at BW (thanks you Renata) got all of these things done for me without any trouble at all. This was a significant saving for me as I didn't have to supervise the trades or let them in and I was provided with multiple quotes for the larger jobs. This service lowered my stress levels a great deal.

I've dealt with Bresic Whitney in a number of situations now and found that professionalism is present at all levels. William in particular has been sensational to deal with. Right from the moment that we met to discuss the plan of attack I felt very confident in the process. Good effort is getting the best price for the apartment, sold prior to auction. Last minute negotiations with 2 interested parties handled well, with good communication with the seller.
