Mum's decision was one if the best she has made. If we could give William 10 stars it still wouldn't be enough to highlight the support he provided throughout the entire process of selling Mum's home. As a young seller, William and Sophie went absolutely above and beyond to create a seamless and incredibly successful sale. The pair are a caring and charismatic duo who took complete ownership of the sale in such a passionate and proffessional way. Firstly, after initial consultation with the Livingston team, I instantly knew I was in good hands and struggle to believe that any other agency would invest as much time and effort into a sale. Within 6 days of initial contact (6!!!!) the house had been valued, contracts were signed and the house was completely on the market (photos were taken, brochures were circulating and the entire marketing strategy was underway, even down to the For Sale sign in place). I was also incredibly impressed with the high quality of all marketing material. This is one thing that truly set my property apart and 100% exceeded all expectations. The photos used in the marketing campaign were incredible. They showcased my property so well and were a massive draw card. The high quality double sided A4 gloss flyer and even the modern 'For Sale' sign helped my property stand out from all the competition (in an incredibly cluttered market) and matched my property so well. It was sleek, proffessional and certainly allowed us to reach the exact clientele we were after. William and Sophies communication was faultless. They ensured I was always kept in the loop and aware of what was happening. They took the time to explain and share their real estate knowledge with me (I can't even begin to explain the amount of questions I threw at them) and ensured they were available at all times. They worked around my hectic schedule and around the clock to follow up leads ensuring I got the best price. When it comes to open homes, the pair (yet again) went above and beyond. They were both in attendance of all open homes and you could honestly tell that the sale of my home took precedence for the 2 of them which is a truly humbling feeling. 110% would recommend!
