Our 1st experience in selling our home and the hard decision was how to choose an agent. After meeting with several local agents we decided we felt the best rapour and honesty with Will and Rebecca from Belle’s Property Annandale. And they have proved we made the right choice. From Day 1 keeping us informed every step of the way right till sale day. They don’t try to give you unrealistic expectations but guided us to the price we were happy with, with steps along the way to prepare for sale. Belle agents were very helpful, reliable and efficient, they also quickly and easily coordinated multiple trades persons to conduct minor renovations prior to sale stages.
