William was great with me and the sale. He arranged the viewings around my airbnb guest bookings and often spent his own time making sure the garden was swept and up to scratch. He followed my instructions and was a gentleman. I will use William again
Will was both, professional and patient, when dealing with me (buyer) and the vendor. Finally we came into an agreement after several negotiations. Hopefully settlement will go as planned and things will finish off accordingly. Unlike some other agents in the eastern suburbs I will always keep Will in mind if buying another property. Being only young, I wish him all the best in his following years.
William was outstanding in selling my apartment. He was professional, proactive and knew the market well. The property was sold within 2 months of engaging William! I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by William and Bradfield Cleary as an agent. I would recommend both to anyone looking to sell their property (especially in tough market conditions). Well done and thank you again!
My wife and I recently purchased a property, viewing by private appointments. William Tsagaris was always punctual, pleasant and professional to deal with.
My purchase at Point Piper was an excellent and professional experience thanks to William. I was very active in the market and had been let down by other agents in terms of the expectations they set versus the reality that eventuated. This is where William was a standout. Although he was tough, he was fair and the expectations he provided me were spot on. As a senior corporate executive I very much appreciate this way of doing business. William was always punctual, responsive and polite. For all the above reasons I have no hesitation in recommending William to both sellers and buyers.
Dealing with William was a pleasure. He was professional at all times, diligent, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. He was successful in reaching a good outcome in a difficult market. I have no reservations in recommending him to any prospective client.
We found a house in Randwick that we wanted to buy, renovate and sell – we were in a huge rush, having seen the property just prior to Auction. William was fantastic in the way he responded to all our questions and requests for information about the house, the process and the Randwick area, prior to and after the Auction, including a rental appraisal for us. He is a lovely person, and we can highly recommend him”
He was professional with the sale of my property always giving me feedback .
William has been fantastic to deal with. Very professional and respectful to all involved in the sale. He has always remained very proactive throughout the process, and also patient due to unforeseen circumstances causing delays. I would highly recommend William and look forward to hopefully working with him again in the future
My initial contact with William Tsagaris was when purchasing a property at Maroubra and subsequently as my agent managing its rental. My experience of dealing with him throughout has been friendly, straight forward and professional.
William Tsagaris managed to sell our 3 bedroom unit in Maroubra after a very successful off market campaign. Not only we are very pleased by the sale price but we are also very appreciative of his professionalism, honesty and good manners. Me and my wife Melissa want to take this opportunity to thank him dearly for what he achieved for us and highly recommend him to any potential seller without hesitation.
I was certainly impressed by William's all-round professional approach including how he treated my tenants and communicated with them throughout the process. Indeed, his communication skills are excellent. William presents as a highly skilled and informed agent and I have no hesitation in recommending him.
