William helped the reviewer sell this property

Excellent, Knowledgeable, Professional and Passionate

We were referred to William via a friend for the sale of our property back in early Mar'20, right smack at the start of the pandemic in Australia. We started the process in March and decided to hold off a month to see what was happening in the market given the lockdowns, throughout - William did not push for us to list immediately, gave great insight on the market, and finally after we decided to list - managed to secure numerous interested buyers/offers for our property, ultimately able to sell at our targeted value, too. Throughout, William has been professional and very knowledgeable, providing very sound advice and good comparable valuations for our property. He is approachable at all times and very passionate. Keep it up and thank you!
