Fantastic staging and diligence through selling campaign.

I purchased a property from William at Nelson st, Ringwood recently. During the negotiation, I am impressed by his extensive knowledge of local market. I understand he represents vendors, but I can tell he has been caring and thoughtful for buyer’s needs as well. Although the negotiation drags along for weeks, William has shown great patience, empathy and professionalism which paves the way for our final deal. I feel lucky to work with such a caring agent like William himself. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to all my associates. Thank you and all the best! Kind regards, Elton

William assisted me to sell my townhouse in Doncaster East in March 2021. In such a hard market, he sold my property higher than our expectations. He made the miricle, and made extra money for us. He is the best rela estate agent I have ever know.

I can not recommend William highly enough. He used his specialised knowledge of our particular market to ensure we were always informed and got the best possible outcome for our sale. His experienced attention to each and every potential buyer ensured we were accurately armed prior to auction.

My wife and I recently placed the sale of our investment property in the hands of William Zhu of Philip Webb, Mitcham, to say the least we were thrilled with the result, William through his superior negotiating skill and knowledge of the market, his expertise in advising us how to present the property, also his hands on attitude to everything associated with the sale saw the property sell within one week of going onto the market, for a price that far exceeded all our expectations. We would like to thank William for his exceptional work on our behalf and could only recommend him to anyone contemplating selling a property.

I had the pleasure of meeting William Zhu In March this year. He prepared my house for auction and led a very successful campaign which resulted in the sale of my rental property. He was professional at all times, honest, well organised and very thorough. I would highly recommend William to anyone wanting to sell their property. Rosanna
