We ‘interviewed’ a number of people prior to appointing Xavier as our agent. The reasons? He tends to have the most number of listing and seems to achieve relatively good prices for the houses he sells. Most importantly, he made the effort to clearly explain the options we have and the pros and cons for each (using real examples in the area) so we can make informed decisions. He also helped with organising stylists, and other trades and got the house ready in just over 2 weeks after our initial meeting! He also lives locally and has been selling property in the Rochedale area for a few years so he understands the area and the trends extremely well. Whilst he is super busy, he always keeps us updated with phone calls and messages and is always flexible to meet with us after hours if required. He even assisted our buyer with some issues they were having with the sale of their property.
