Due to no fault of them there was a number of complexities associated with the property that resulted in temporary sale withdrawal and last minute issues at Settlement. Xavier and Dee where patient and worked with us throughout the process and in the end we got a great price. Additional little touches were also nice like putting a bit of water on the garden, bringing bins if they were out during open day. They were easy to contact and always responded promptly and where open on advice given. Would use them again if I was to buy another investment property.
