Fantastic experience with Ya (and his team were wonderful as well) – Ya helped us out with so many things we felt stressed about, those little and big things that panic an already crazed seller! making the experience of selling easier. Ya even helped us pack up our very large UHaul as well as working alongside with anything we were not able to get done ourselves being at work etc) – again a huge stress relief for us. We had actually chosen another realtor when someone mentioned Ya. So I looked her up, read her great reviews, and called her. We never looked back – after talking to her I knew that our interests in selling our home, and getting a good price for it, were in alignment with our goals. Communication is vital to my husband and I and Ya excelled at this. Our home sold under hammer for a price that we were very happy with. He is very honest and genuine and I wouldn’t sell with any other agent after his efforts and result.
