We shortlisted Yan based on her reviews and knowledge of the area. Upon meeting her she impressed with her proposed plan of action and we contracted her as our agent. She was very efficient, and got the sale moving quickly. We sold at a time that the market was rapidly changing and prices were dropping. While initially we felt she was pushing us to accept a lower price than we expected to get (based on the sale of similar units just weeks before), the reality was we got a very good price for the times. Her negotiation with the buyer was very well done and we believe she maximised the selling price and did it quickly, recognising the market would continue to drop and prices worsen the longer we were on the market. Overall a very efficient job, and she was absolutely correct with her assessment of the market. We would use her again to sell property or as an advocate if we were looking to buy.
