Yan was very professional and as I was away on holidays she had good communication calling or txt-ing me after each open house . She has good knowledge and connections with the Chinese community and their investment processes. My house was sold in under 3 weeks although unfortunately, pre-sale expectations from agents didn't come to fruition.
