We still cannot believe that our house were sold within the first week of open homes for a historically high price in the university hall area. Yan pre-warmed up some potential buyers before it even all started as she has a large number of Asian buyers on her files. She really knows how to attract buyers with an uplifting spirit. She is not like ordinary agents as she is fun to work with while still exceeding our expectation if every way. I would recommend Yan to anyone thinking of selling or simply wanting to get some local knowledge about their investment.
