Yan made this happen overnight on 31st Dec 2025. I called her on 30th Dec to discuss about the block of land & we agreed on price after 10 mis. She literally found a conveyancer who’s willing to work during the public holidays period & Yan made the magic happened deal closed on 1st Jan 2026 at 2 am. Her service means a lot for me as this block is for first my home in this country, it took 10 years to establish myself to a level to achieve this. I can’t really thank enough Yan for making this happen so quickly, she’s the best person to deal with. She’s genuine, kind & honest.
