Yan proved to be an excellent choice to sell my property. From our first meeting she was open, honest and forthright about the property, the market and the best way to approach the sale, and that continued throughout the entire campaign. I particularly appreciated her local knowledge and her willingness to give clear advice rather than simply tell me what she thought I wanted to hear. Communication was always straightforward, and I felt well informed and supported through what can be a fairly stressful process. In hindsight, my only regret is that I didn’t contact Yan and Hayeswinckle during my initial search for an agent. She approached the sale with professionalism, sound judgement and genuine commitment, and more than justified the decision to place the property in her hands. I would happily recommend her.
