As a vendor we never felt pressured to accept the first offer we were given. The offers presented were fair and reasonable. He went above and beyond what was expected from an agent to assist with the inspections (helping us get keys, meeting trades people to helping us water the plants) and ultimately selling our property within our specified expectations.

Yasantha helped me heaps through the sale which was a bit of a tricky one being that it was subject to title. He went over and above to keep me updated on the progress of the property without me even calling to ask. This helped me a lot as I couldn't get any of that info from the conveyancer and it certainly put my mind at ease.
