Yash displayed his professionalism in assisted me selling my property at Monash within few weeks of property in the market. The property was sold before auction day.
He runs successful campaign and made buyer and us are satisfied. He’s a great communicator and we’re pleased to choose him.
Yash and his team were thorough, knowledgeable and provided a service that was great value for money. He not only achieved a sell price that we were over the moon about but did it promptly and professionally.
Yash was in the area when I first enquired about selling. Due to Yash’s knowledge of sales in the area, I had engaged him within a matter of hours, photography was arranged and done that same week, few opens and record offer accepted within a few weeks and exchanged a few weeks after that. Was the fastest and easiest sale I’ve ever done.
Yash was very good throughout the process, very prompt and active. He keeps his promises, knows the market very well.
From the start to the finish line, the selling process with Yash was a breeze. The final price - achieved in record time - exceeded my expectations and through it all, Yash was always there with advice, was patient with my computer illiteracy, and connected me with reliable companies for conveyancing and cleaning, especially helpful when based outside the ACT. I would not hesitate to recommend Yash and his team. Job well done.
