Yash and Abhi were so wonderful with helping us find our new home and also selling our old home.

I received a knock on my door from Yash and Ahbi after only just unsuccessfully selling my property with another agent. They assured me that they would have success where others had failed and they were right. They had the market knowledge and connections to get the job done.

Shray and Yash both are very professional real estate agent. They have Profound knowledge in property market .They helped us very well throughout the process. I strongly recommend Shray and Yash.

Yash is a very experienced and knowledgeable professional. He made buying our property stress free. Highly recommended.

Yash is very approachable and easily available when I had a query. Due his market knowledge, extensive experience, superb negotiation skills, I was able sell my property that had tenants on a long term contract.

Yash was very helpful with the purchase of my first home. He was very responsive which made the whole process much less stressful, and kept me updated throughout.

Three month ago, the day we we decided to sell our property, we start searching the local real estate agent that had the most "for sale" boards up. Guess what !! We found the two most fabulous agents YASH and ABHI that provide us with all the evaluations, describe us the process and with whom we feel relax and we can expose our confidential information without any hesitation. Now the property is been sold, from our personal experience we certainly chose the best property agent for this job. Every step of the selling process was quick and easy. Yash and Abhi provided us with a great level of communication at every step of the way. They are super professional, passionate to the property market, honest, reliable, easy to reach and forthright at every step of sale. A a vendor, Abhi and Yash gives us glance of felling that they are working for us. Recommended without any hesitation!!!!!!

Our overall experience with New door properties and the team members has been excellent. They delivered exactly what we asked for. We have had a very positive vibe when we met the team and they helped us in every way to get the result we were after. I highly recommend New Door properties for any sale or purchase of property. In such a short span of time the team has achieved a lot and definitely has a lot of potential to reach higher in their achievements.

Yash and the whole New Door team have made this sale breeze for me. Great communication, commitment and accommodating to my requirements. Very impressive and results driven. Five stars!!

Being a first home buyer is always nervous and complicated in sense of new processes you need to follow. Having Yash Sethi as an assistant who is always available for phone call or text message, who has answers to all questions you have, helped us heaps. Yash has a great level of knowledge in area he works, so we can definitely recommend him as a competent and professional person. We haven't experienced any difficulties in communication, so it was always high standard advices provided.

Yash and Ahbi sold my property in record time off market. Though the sale price was in the mid range of expectations, the no advertising fees, one open house and flat rate commission more than made up for it! Both Yash and Ahbi were straight forward and friendly, answered all my questions, which being a first time seller were many, extremely quickly. Would highly recommend the team at New Door Property.

Honest and upfront opinion, easy to deal with and very professional.
