Yasmine was very honest and thorough when it came too preparing the property for sale, and it definitely payed off, the marketing was second to none and it was shown by the attendance at the first open inspection. With over 20 people requesting the section 32 on the day . At this stage Yasmine really worked hard to filter though so many offers. It all happened pretty quickly and I suspect it was a bit of a strike while the iron is hot situation. With in 3 working days Yasmine presented us with 3 offer's that absolutely exceeded our expectations.

I've assisted some clients who purchased a property using Yasmin's agency, where I was the buyer's conveyancer. Yasmin provided terrific support for both sides of the transaction (both the buyer and the seller) in what was a very difficult situation to achieve a fantastic result. Yasmin was always very quick to answer the phone and was able to mediate between the buyer and seller in a very professional manner. She went above and beyond my expectations in dealing with an agent I would have no hesitations in recommending her to anybody who was looking to sell a property. Well done Yasmine.
