10 years ago, July 2015, we purchased our little beach shack in Vincentia. We were a nervous young couple with a couple of kids and Yaz held our hand when we purchased at auction. Fast forward 10 years, knocked down the shack, built 2 stunning high end duplex’s and Yaz sold the first one for us in just 3 days in 2024, and have just sold the other a week ago, in a market that was extremely difficult at best.
