We have bought our house from Harcourt Chermside Agent Yatin Pasricha. Yatin was very accommodating and upfront about the sell. He made our negotiating journey quite easy and had a pleasant time working with him from the offer till the settlement period. We highly recommend Yatin for Selling house and he's getting popular in Northern Brisbane side.
We were looking to sell our house and move into retirement living and Yatin was the first real estate agent we spoke to. He was very helpful and kept us up to date during the sale of our house and was always there if we needed a question answered. In the end he obtained us a better deal that we expected. We would recommend Yatin to anyone that was interested in selling their house.
Yatin has impeccable manners, he was very kind and patient with my blind father. First night in the new house Yatin arrived with pizzas and a bottle of wine ... such a thoughtful gesture as first night everyone is exhausted from a big day of moving. Yatin was knowledgable and if he didn't know the answer to s question he was happy to say so and came back later with the answer. Our experience with Yatin was positive all the way and we would highly recommend Yatin for your real estate needs. Julie and Graham - Fitzgibbon Qld
Great agent. Prompt and honest in his communication. Very helpful with explaining the process to first home buyers. I would use him again if I was buying or selling a house. Thank you so much for your help.
I found Yatin to be a very good communicator and presented himself very well. I would recommend him any time to family and friends.
