Yhoden was well presented, has good listening skills, was very responsive to all my requests, and provided timely and regular updates regarding all open homes and the progress of the home sale. I was very impressed with both the number, times and days the Open Homes were conducted which allowed prospective buyers the opportunity to come at a time more suitable to their schedule. The end sale result was slightly above my expectations.
