A very positive experience

When selling my mother’s house I arrived from interstate not really knowing the local market and met with a number of agents. Yianni impressed me from the beginning as he was so enthusiastic and presented a detailed plan explaining why he believed we should auction. I appreciated that he explained his opinion of the current market on the east coast of Australia and didn’t promise an over inflated price. At 65 I’ve bought and sold a number of houses. My experience has been agents offer an inflated market value and as soon as you sign up they say ‘oh dear the markets changed.’ Yianni presented where he thought the value lay in the property and explained his aim was to achieve the best possible price. We had 2 open homes a week for 1 month. He rang me straight after every open home and then emailed a written report at the beginning of the following week. Although the house didn’t sell at the auction Yianni secured an unconditional sale the following day. Yianni did everything he promised plus more and sold my mother’s home for a higher price than his initial expectation. It was such a pleasure to communicate with such a youthful professional real estate agent. I wish him every future success and can’t thank him enough.
