Yichao (Simon) helped the reviewer sell this property

A dedicated and reliable agent who never gave up

We are so grateful to Simon for his dedication and persistence in selling our property in a difficult market. He held open homes every week, carefully followed up with prospective buyers, and provided us with detailed weekly updates. He took every enquiry seriously and made every effort to find the right buyer. What stood out most was how consistently he put in the time and care, even as the process stretched on. There were times when we ourselves doubted whether we could get the property sold, but Simon stayed committed and ultimately saw the sale through. We truly appreciate his hard work, patience and strong sense of responsibility. We would wholeheartedly recommend Simon to anyone looking for a thorough, dependable agent who will stay the course.
