I found Yolanda to be a very helpful real estate agent with the right personality for the job. She answered all my email queries promptly, however, I was disappointed that she gave me the incorrect information regarding the annual rates cost - she said they were $100 pa whereas they are $597.10 pa. I have rated her market knowledge as 5 as I only looked at one property and that is the one that suited me and that I bought. But overall I thought she did her job very well and is well suited to real estate work.
