Really impressed with Yolande. As we were kiwi buyers we were not familiar with Aussie terms and processes so we were reliant on Yolande. If she didn't know something she was honest and would research the answers for us. The other thing that stood out for us was she was happy to show us other agents listings where as other agents we contacted were not.
