After having purchased a property with Youseff as the agent, he was very keen to help us sell our property which we needed to do in a hurry to avoid bridging finance. We already had estate agents picked out to sell our property however we gave him the opportunity to pitch to us. He offered us very competitive rates and also a sliding scale commission structure all within the first meeting (unlike the others). He was persistent but not annoying (unlike the others). He offered up a plan that would allow us to prepare our house and run a quick 4 week campaign to ensure simultaneous settlement. He did not set any unrealistic expectations on what we could expect to sell for (he was around the same as the other 2 agents we were considering). He could also provide access to trades and stylists which we used. In the end he put us at ease and we were impressed with his persistence, tenacity and interest in us and our situation. We gave him the gig and he delivered above and beyond our expectations. From there he took charge and the campaign got up and running on time and he managed to get a massive interest in our property. We sold before auction for an amazing result, well above our expectations. He obviously has a large database and attracted buyers from all over the Inner West which created a lot of competition. Nothing was too much trouble and he is very easy to get along with. He listened to us and took our feedback and acted accordingly or showed us a better way. In summary if I were to be buying or selling again I would not hesitate use Youseff.
