It’s a game isn’t it. The vendor wanting as much as they can get in a truly heavily weighted sellers market. The agent working to get as much for the client and the agency and utilising the sellers market to do so. The buyer attempting to get in the market without paying over the pale. Who wins? The seller for certain. The agent not doing too badly either. The buyer in but knowing they’ve paid beyond An agents dream really. Some agency fails re disclosure and contact with vendors but an ok process.
