Great Agent!

From our dealings with Youseff, he seemed to be very knowledgeable about the market and was very straight about the expectations of the vendors and what we needed to do to secure the property. Unlike a lot of real estate agents we have dealt with, Youseff was not full of 'hot air' and seemed transparent and an agent of integrity. Apart from real estate dealings, Youseff has excellent communication and customer service skills. If he said he was going to call, he would call which again is another characteristic which some agents these days lack.
