I was very happy with the services provided by Youseff in selling my apartment. He is very persistent, he contacted me for almost 2 years while I was deciding when to sell. When I did eventually decide to sell, he was extremely knowledgeable about the area, knew the prices and more importantly sold my apartment very quickly (within a week) and negotiated with several buyers to get me a very good price.
