Youanka was extremely pleasant to deal with, any question that we asked about the property, she was able to immeadately answer or quickly get back to us with the appropirate answer. She was constantly looking after the sellers interests and was also very keen to look after our interests as well.
Unfortunately Yovanka needed to take urgent leave before the first open day. 3 open days were handled by her colleagues unsuccessfully. The marketing should have been changed after the first open. A 'secret shopper' went to the second open day and the feedback from Hookers re that person was a lie. The report saying that Hookers tried phoning 'Liz' was also a lie as she didn't leave a phone number. Signs were not put out advertising an open house on that day. We drove around Riverwood that morning and there were many signs around showing other houses for sale, including Hookers signs. I contacted two other agents after the second open, for their opinion, and they both said marketing should have been changed after the first open. Yovanka worked hard when she returned. Two other houses in the cul-de-sac were also for sale so when Yovanka returned she opened mum's house twice each Saturday to coincide with the other opens. This was successful. We were not happy with Hookers but we were extremely happy with Yovanka.
