Yovanka helped the reviewer sell this property

86 Lorraine St Peakhurst

We engaged Yovanka to help us sell our house when our tenants gave notice to move out. We had used LJ Hookers Mortdale as our managing agents for many years and when we decided to sell it was automatic that we sell through them as well. As we did not live in Sydney we had to rely entirely on Yovanka's advice regarding all aspects of the sale. From our first phone conversation I found her to be very honest and straightforward and that was number one in my books. Her advice to us during the whole process was spot on. I could not have asked for a better experience in what is usually a very stressful situation.
