In the process of selling my property what I experienced with Yobi, was Unprofessionalism, Dishonesty, and Invasion of privacy. It was unbelievable seeing all the flaws being in place, in “ONE Agency”! He crossed the line, invading his client privacy without seeking prior permission. Unfortunately, both myself and my solicitor had to step in few times reminding him of his position and rejecting his unusual expectations. He was putting forward his conditions for the sale without discussing them with the seller! I was not informed until I was notified that he put the flexible settlement condition on his behalf to serve his selected buyer!! I would suggest the potential sellers, never underestimate the huge cost of the low-quality agency when planning to sell your property.
