Due to personal reasons, we had to put our home on the market. Initially, we went with another agent, who in hindsight, lacked motivation and knowledge of the market. During the 2 months of their campaign, they failed to provide a single offer within my desired price range, and no communication at all after open inspections. I've never sold a property prior to this sale and did not realise how the right agent can change the result of the outcome so drastically. When I relaunched the sale campaign with Yuni, the differences were apparent. There was swift communication from her after each and every encounter with potential buyers, giving me a rundown of the feedback she received.
