Yuri doesn’t have the skill set or knowledge to value properties therefore he won’t advise you of guide price when asked. He doesn’t read contracts therefore property is misrepresented so be wary & read it carefully. He doesn’t return calls or replies to emails. He only cares about the sale not his reputation, repeat business & reflection on agency. He’s difficult & rude to communicate with. Process from start to finish was rude, frustrating, dishonest & argumentative.
