Yvette was plain and simply ….Amazing. She has that ability to be friendly always so professional, thereby taking all the stress and uncertainly out of the sale process and all the decisions to be made. There was not one moment where I was worried about any little detail , from preparing the property for sale , eg the styling, the maintainance jobs at affordable costs , to her realestae knowledge of the sales process. Every step of the way was thoroughly explained and if you thought of questions later , Yvette was always available . I never felt any sort of pressure when talking to her. And when she said she ‘would sort it out ‘ she did! I first met Yvette when my Mums house was rented out 3 years ago ( when she had to go into care) It was a very uncertain emotional time and Yvette was simply Amazing then too . Nothing was too much trouble and she turned what could have been a traumatic rush job into one of logical process and happy result. And lastly, this lady so so trustworthy .that’s it 😆
