Yvette really made our purchase Quite easy. Being our first home we had no idea what we were in for and she made us feel comfortable the whole time. Her great background knowledge of the property really helped Us, as any questions we had she was able to answer straight away - or if not straightaway within a respectful amount of time. In purchasing a house, Yvette has been so far the best real estate agent we have dealt with. Very patient with us when there were (expected) delays with our deposit & (unexpected) delays with the exchange. At no point did we feel like we had to 'compete' with other offers, nor did we feel like our chances in securing the house was at risk.
