In purchasing a house, Yvette has been so far the best real estate agent we have dealt with. Very patient with us when there were (expected) delays with our deposit & (unexpected) delays with the exchange. At no point did we feel like we had to 'compete' with other offers, nor did we feel like our chances in securing the house was at risk. Our experience with other real estate agents in purchasing has been far more stressful. Yvette was also very flexible in allowing our tradespeople into the house for measuring curtains, blinds & doors - before settlement.
