Yvonne went out of her way to show us a wide range of properties within our price range. We were able to settle on our ideal new property on the same day we settled on the sale of our previous home for an almost seamless transition. Yvonne was wonderful in arranging extra inspections, house plans and to store a few items on the property before settlement.

We listed our properties open listing with many real estate agents but Yvonne @Realty sold our property. She worked hard to find a buyer and her lifetime of knowledge of rural properties and marketing expertise is what made the sales happen. It pays to engage an experienced sales professional. We would recommend her always to any buyer or seller.

When I decided it was time for me to sell, I chose Yvonne because I knew of her good reputation as an experienced and successful agent. I listed exclusively with her because she struck me as a person who would give her best effort. She gave me good advice as to a sensible asking price, and was impressed with her sensible approach. She even advised me about some alterations that were affordable and increased the attractiveness of the property. She presented the property with good photos and a clear and informative description. She was in touch on a regular basis, updating me on progress. When a contract was signed she was reassuring while I waited for it to become unconditional.

I have known Yvonne for years professionally and she recently handled the sale of my investment property. Yvonne always gave me honest feedback from client inspections and what was happening in the local real estate market. The sale of the property was handled seamlessly without any hassles which I appreciate. I recommend Yvonne as a very good real estate agent.

It was a pleasure to purchase our home from Yvonne. All aspects of our purchase was hassle free. Highly recommend

I found Yvonne to be very professional, easy to talk to. Yvonne will get back to you straight way when you leave her a text, message or email. Yvonne kept me up to date with the sale of my property. I would highly recommend Yvonne to anyone to sell their property.

We met Yvonne and didn't know what to expect in a small country town, as we were relocating from the city. She was understanding to our needs and listened to our situation and was able to help us fulfil our dreams. We were able to take our time as we needed to make a decision. Excellent communicator and always answered the phone when she could. A great asset in the real estate industry.
