Yvonne was so good to work with right from the very beginning of our sale . She was able to help us get through a very emotional and difficult time given the reasons for the sale of the home. We encountered some difficult people along the way but Yvonne was able to act on our behalf in our best interest whilst obviously still being able to handle the buyers or potential buyers. At no time during the sale did Yvonne not make herself available to us continually working to get us the best possible outcome for our sale. Sympathetic to our reason for selling Yvonne make a perfect negotiator and go between during the sale.
