Although I have had the pleasure of knowing Yvonne Furner since 2012, it was in 2016 that I first engaged her professionally to market my late sister's unit in Balcatta. When, in late 2022, I decided to sell my home of 24 years in Wembley, there was no question of my engaging any agent other than Yvonne. Her expert knowledge and communication skills are impressive, from much sound advice to the many special touches she employed on her own initiative to present my home in the most favourable light. I had a three week window in which to sell my home before my offer on my new home became unconditional and Yvonne secured a buyer in 18 days at a price which far exceed my hopes.
