We met Yvonne during an extremely emotional and difficult time. From the first moment she made us feel at ease and made an extremely anxious time a lot easier. She went above and beyond what we expected from an estate agent and even made contact with us in her own time to keep us informed of every step. She actually treated us like close friends and helped us connect to services we were unaware of making our lives so much easier as we were doing the sale from a distance. In the times we could make it to the house for cleaning she would make herself available at anytime to assist us where she could. At one stage she had her partner help me move furniture which I don’t think was part of the normal service lol. I would have no hesitation in recommending Yvonne to anyone looking for an agent who you can have full faith and confidence in.
