Selling our house in order to buy our chosen property became a cliff hanger to end all cliff hangers, but with Zac's superb guidance we had a good win. Our first buyer delayed getting financial approval not once but twice, and so we accepted bid No.2. This bidder intended to rebuild but couldn't get his partner to finalize costings for the re-build, so missed the financial confirmation deadline. Our third bidder needed a broker and used one recommended by Zac. Finance was confirmed in time for the original settlement date.
We had known Zac for some years before engaging him to sell our home, and he has always been willing to lend an experienced ear, as well as provide selling and general market advice before we were even a client. From the start of the process Zac was professional and honest; it was clear he was willing to go the extra mile for his clients and prospective buyers. We recently bought a house from Zac Addenbrooke, Pulse Property were one of the worst companies that I’ve dealt with. It was difficult to get any response from Zac or his colleagues particularly via email, our settlement agent had to constantly chase up basic administrative procedures that had not been adhered to, the contract of sale not having been properly signed by the seller for one. We agreed to a prompt settlement and felt that we did everything we could to ensure that this happened whilst being constantly messed around by the seller. We feel that the seller’s consistent unreasonable behaviour could and should have been managed by the agent but wasn’t. We have had to settle without an advertised feature being included with the house because the seller has not been advised appropriately of their obligation to do so. I’m extremely disappointed with the way that we were treated and the handling of the sales process was unnecessarily stressful for us as buyers, buyers who are locals and will continue to live in the local area.

Our experience working with Zac was a good one, he and Georgia did a good job coordinating the trades in preparation for release to market and the sale process went smoothly.
