Selling our house in order to buy our chosen property became a cliff hanger to end all cliff hangers, but with Zac's superb guidance we had a good win. This bidder intended to rebuild but couldn't get his partner to finalize costings for the re-build, so missed the financial confirmation deadline. Our third bidder needed a broker and used one recommended by Zac. Finance was confirmed in time for the original settlement date.
